 Creamy Cilantro Dressing for Cafe Rio Salad

Title: Creamy Cilantro Dressing for Cafe Rio Salad

Description:
YUMMY!   You can eat this on top of a bed of lettuce and pulled pork or chicken nuggets and rice and black beans and crushed tortilla chips or fried tortilla strips and whatever else you want to add

Ingredients:
16 oz La Victoria mild green salsa
1 pkg dry buttermilk ranch dressing
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 mayo
1/2 buttermilk
1 C fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic (2 tsp pwd garlic)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBL lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 c sugar


Directions:
Blend in a blender until smooth.   Refrigerate.

   This is like the dressing I made a while back to go on top of sweet pulled pork over a salad.   You could probably get away with not using the green salsa and throw in 3 tomatillos (papery outer peels removed) instead.   That's what my recipe calls for.

   Do you have your sweet pulled pork recipe?   I have one but I really liked yours.
