Title: Sweet Pork and Chuy's Dip
Description: Serve meat with rice, black beans, lettuce, crushed up chips, cheese, and any other toppings you like. Then pour the jalapeno dip on top.
Ingredients: Sweet Pork -1 pork loin 5-8lbs -1 8oz jar chunky medium salsa -1 packet taco seasoning -2 TBS cumin -1 and 1/2 C. brown sugar -1 C. water
Chuy's Jalapeno Ranch Dip (makes 7 cups, so you may want to cut recipe in half) -1 quart mayonnaise -1 C. buttermilk -1 C. chopped jalapeno -1 C. green tomatillo sauce (I just use salsa verde) -1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped -3 (1 oz.) packets of dry ranch dressing mix
Directions: Sweet Pork Put water into crock pot with loin, then pour all other ingredients on top. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs. Pull apart meat, stir in pot with juices, then let sit for 30 min.
(I use a 3lb loin with the rest of the ingredients staying the same, but I only cook it for 6 hours)
Chuy's Jalapeno Ranch Dip Mix first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth Stir in ranch mix with a whisk Chill and serve
