Title: German Potato Salad

Ingredients:
2 lbs red potatoes (tiny ones)
6 Slices thick cut peppered bacon
1 T flour
1 T German hot mustard
1 T sugar
1 t salt
1/2 c white vinegar
1/2 c water


Directions:
Boil water, add salt then potatoes. Boil until fork tender. Drain.   Cut into 1/2" dices.   Slice and brown bacon.   Save 2 T of drippings.   Stir in flour, mustard, and sugar into drippings. (use same pan for this and don't get rid of all the pepper and stuff stuck to the bottom of the pan, that's all the yummy flavoring) Simmer 1 minute. Whisk in salt, vinegar and water. Remove from heat. Toss with warm or room temp potatoes.
