Title: Queso

Description:
This has become our weekend snack.   We also served it to Boyd and Rachel whenever they would visit and I think Boyd would drool every time!! Enjoy

Ingredients:
1 lb of Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sausage
1 lb of hamburger (optional)
Garlic Powder
Velveeta 32oz
Rotel 2 cans

Directions:
Brown the sausage and burger if using.   I don't use the burger because I like my queso more runny but if you want it thicker then add the burger.   Season meat with garlic salt and be generous.   Drain grease and dump into a crock pot.   Add velveeta and both cans of rotel and heat until cheese is all melted, stirring frequently.

Wow, Boyd would be singing for joy right now...... if he were the singing type, that is.   Thanks so much for the recipe.   We'll definitely be making it soon!

What's Texas like right now?   I hear the weather was pretty cold for a while there.

Rachel-I wish you were here to eat some with us! We really miss you guys.   Cati was asking about Nathan this morning too!!   The weather has been cold, high's in the 30's but this weekend it's supposed to be sunny and in the 70's!!

Amy- I can't believe we didn't make any for you.   Sorry, next time!!
