Title: Spicy Honey Brushed Chicken Thighs

Description:
Yummy!   From cooking light.   Skinless, boneless thighs are abundant and cheap at the moment.

Ingredients:
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground red pepper (I used pepper flakes)
8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
cooking spray
6 Tbl honey
2 tsp cider vinegar

Directions:
Preheat broiler.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.   Add chicken to bowl; toss to coat.   Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.   Broil chicken 5 minutes on each side.

Combine honey and vinegar in a small bowl, stirring well.   Remove chicken from oven; brush 1/2 honey mixture on chicken.   Broil one minute.   Turn chicken and brush with remaining honey mixture.   Broil 1 additional minute or until chicken is done.   I don't have a brush so I just spooned it on.

Number Of Servings:4 servings of 2 thighs

Preparation Time:really quick meal idea

Does it have to be boneless?

You'd probably have to cook it longer if it's not.
