		Leanne Law - Mar 11, 2011   View | Edit | Delete | Viewers Title: Texas Sheet Cake Description: Large chocolate cake in a cookie sheet Ingredients: margarine water cocoa flour sugar salt eggs vanilla soda buttermilk (or vinegar and milk) Directions: mix together 2 cubes of margarine melted 1 C water 3 T cocoa 2 C flour 2 C sugar 1/2 t salt 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp soda 1/2 C buttermilk (or 1/2 tsp vinegar to milk and let curdle) Bake 375 for 15 min. Pour into jelly roll pan. Frost while warm: 1 cube margarine melted 3 T cocoa 4-6 T milk 1 t vanilla 1 lb powdered sugar Number Of Servings: Preparation Time:
