Title: Unbaked Apple Cookies
Description:
Ingredients:
1 C grated aple
1 stick butter or marg
3 T cocoa
2 C sugar
pinch of salt
1 t vanilla
3 C oats
Directions:
Melt butter. Add cocoa, sugar, salt and apple. Boil 1 min. Remove from heat and add vanilla and oats. Spoon onto wax paper and refrigerate.
